No – your knowledge about your own accommodation provider business and its offerings is all you need, you can train the Digital Assistant by editing the provided questions and answers (including images, links and text as appropriate) via the back end per the information and messaging you want to represent to your potential guests. Just like you would train a new hire to your business.
